l’ve been selling real estate in Placer and Nevada County for 44 years. Why did I choose this area? Well my husband and I were planning a move from Portola Valley in the Bay Area and we wanted to stay in California. My husband, being from the small town of Ladysmith, Wisconsln wanted to return to small town living. We searched all of Northern California and chose Placer/Nevada County because of its proximity to the Special Schooling that our middle son needed, the beauty of the area, it’s closeness to many lakes for recreation and camping, Tahoe area for skiing, San Francisco for the Opera, Sacramento and Roseville for shopping and we felt it was definitely in the path of progress while it maintained its Gold Country Charm.

Do I love selling real estate? You bet I do! Or better yet, I love helping folks find the home that fills their needs at different stages in their lives.
